Product Introduction

The MBSL series mining banana screen is designed for heavy-duty conditions, suitable for high-load conditions such as metal mines and coal ash screening and washing. It uses an innovative modular heavy-duty exciter that can produce linear motion, operates stably, and is easy to maintain. The screen mesh angle can be adjusted according to the incoming material particle size, fully utilizing the advantages of equal-thickness screening, and has a significant characteristic of large processing capacity, commonly used for classification, dewatering, desliming, and mud removal operations.
The exciter beam adopts an integrated square cross-section design, and the crossbeam uses a hollow box structure, which has high rigidity and low weight. Users can choose rubber protection and vulcanization treatment according to the working conditions.
The side plates have no welding, which can avoid cracking, and reinforcement ribs are arranged in the stressed areas.
The exciter uses large clearance self-aligning bearings, high-precision heavy-duty helical gears, and oil bath lubrication.
Modular screen mesh, vibration isolation frame, and dust suppression cover are optional.

Product advantages
