The combined effect of both creates a complex rotary vibration on the screen surface. The projection of this vibration trajectory on the horizontal plane is circular, while the projection on the vertical plane is elliptical. By adjusting the excitation force of the upper and lower rotating heavy hammers, the amplitude can be changed; by adjusting the spatial phase angle of the upper and lower heavy hammers, the curve shape of the screen surface's motion trajectory can be altered, thereby changing the material's motion trajectory on the screen surface.
      The structure of the vibrating screen mainly consists of the screen box, exciter, support springs, and vibration isolation devices. The screen box is the main part of the vibrating screen, used to install and fix the screen mesh; the exciter is the key component that generates vibration, usually driven by a motor to rotate the eccentric heavy hammer; the support springs are used to support the screen box and reduce vibration transmission to the foundation structure; the vibration isolation device is used to reduce the impact of vibration on the surrounding environment.
      The types of vibrating screens include mining vibrating screens, fine vibrating screens, and drum vibrating screens, among others. The drum vibrating screen is a special type of vibrating screen, shaped like an inverted cylinder, mainly used for separation operations in sand and gravel plants. The chemical vibrating screen is a high-precision fine powder screening machine, suitable for the screening and filtering of materials such as particles, powders, and slurries, characterized by low noise and high efficiency.
